I was so disappointed. No hot water,no coffee or tea making facility and no wifi once in room. Very expensive and for the price of 10 hours you can pay a taxi and stay in a nearby hotel with all the facilities you need and get a taxi back to airport at at least half the price of sleep box. I wish I had read reviews beforehand.

Everything was good. Basic amenities were provided. AC temperature cannot be adjusted. Sound proofing was quite bad. Room was totally clean and tidy, worth the price anyway. Recommended for anyone who is looking for a place for a short stay.

We came to this hotel and booked for a 5 hour room hoping to get a bit of sleep. No chance!!! The room is right next to all the announcements and you can hear everything! Be prepared to wake up every 10 mins being told where to collect baggage. Don’t waste your time or money on it, you’d expect for how expensive it is to get a good night sleep. Additionally, the room is freezing and you can’t control the air conditioning. Book a hotel close by and avoid this place at all costs

I had hoped to get a few hours sleep here between flights, but the room was freezing and I had to leave early to warm up in the airport terminal. It’s not possible to set the temperature in the room, the A/C seems to be centrally controlled and its baltic! The shower was tepid, too cold to wash hair and no hair dryer in room. No WiFi - the airport free WiFi signal is too weak to use in the rooms. Paid approx $50 for 3 hours in the room, a complete waste of money. Don’t be tempted to stay here. Get a taxi to a nearby hotel!

Everything was quite good. But there are some things that can be better. First the room temperature was FREEZING and there is no chance to turn off or changing the aircon temperature. And also no wifi in the room. And then we paid like 75usd por 10hs plus breakfast, but we receive a voucher of just 200bth that is not even enough for a decent 2 persons breakfast.
